SIM CARD ACTIVATIONS

If you have bought your new SIM card at one of our point of sales and have already had it activated by the staff, you can start surfing as soon as you arrive at your destination. If you have purchased an additional card or have not yet had your purchased card activated, we will show you in just a few simple steps how you can activate it yourself.

Due to the registration requirement for prepaid SIM cards within the European Union, proof of your identity is necessary. Otherwise we cannot unlock your SIM card. SIM card activation takes place in just one simple steps directly from your smartphone.

ACTIVATION PROCESS

Send a message to the following Whatsapp number: +34 650 728 533
The message needs to contain the backside of your sim card (see picture sample) and a picture of your ID/Passport. Thats it!

IMPORTANT!

Do not insert the SIM card into your phone until you have received the confirmation via Whatsapp from the activation team!

NOTE:

Usually it takes 15-45 Min. to receive the Whatsapp confirmation!

Our SIM cards offering travelers the opportunity to enjoy a high-speed internet connection before they arrive at their destination. You can go online immediately after landing. Your card will be active one hour after your purchase. This saves time, nerves and will ensure a pleasant trip.
The SIM card will be activated directly upon purchase by the staff on site. You will also receive detailed instructions along with your Sim card, which will show you how you can activate a card on your own.

Our cards are designed for single usage only. If you need more data volume as our cards are providing just buy an additional one.
Currently there is no eSIM available. We will add this option in the near future.
Can I book/order my tariff/plan online?
Our cards are working perfectly fine in the UK. Sadly, in Switzerland the usage is not possible at the moment.

In this case, please contact our service team immediately by email or WhatsApp. We will then contact the provider to clarify the matter. If the activation is still not possible after this, we will refund the full purchase price to you. The following refund methods are possible: Credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.
